All the information that is provided by you (hereafter the “HOLDER”) will be employed for the contracts’ fulfillment between HOLDER and RESPONSIBLE PERSON. A copy of said contract will be provided.
The responsible person is committed not to share the information contained and classified as personal data without prior consent of its holder. The authorization must be notified in writing and against a receipt.
The means for exercising the rights to access, cancellation, rectification, and objection (A.R.C.O rights) can be exercised by the HOLDER in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares and its regulations.
As for the exercise of these rights the procedure ill be the following. First, to present a written request that includes holders’ name, residency, right they wish to exercise, reason of the request and illnsab. This written request must be addressed to the Department of Privacy in the illnsable person’s residency. Said document must be followed by documentation justifying the request and ill be presented against a receipt.
On his behalf, the illnsable person is obliged to answer within20 working days provided by Ley Federal para la Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Federal illn Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties) and by personally delivering a response to the HOLDER of the personal data at the address provided by the RESPONSIBLE PERSON.
In addition, the responsible person must realize the right that the holder requested within 15 working days. This will apply whenever the request and resolution are considered favorable.
Within the case of an unauthorized request the holders’ rights will be kept clear for turning to the Instituto Federal de Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos (IFAI) to start a Data Protection Procedure.
The responsible person won’t transfer personal data to private third parties without prior authorization from the HOLDER notified in writing or via email.
As laid down on the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties) the HOLDER is informed that their data could be transferred without prior authorization in the following cases:

The processed personal data will be collected personally or directly by the RESPONSIBLE PERSON whenever the information is provided by the HOLDER on interviews, electronic mails, documentation or any other electronic, digital, or physical media.
The responsible person collects information and personal data from the holder to fulfill the contract as referred previously on section 1. In that regard, personal data are the holders’ and their relatives’ names, birth dates, marital status, company name, residency, landline and mobile phone, photographs, fingerprints, ID’s, emails, nationality, occupation, previous occupation, work experience, previously held positions, academic experience, wage or fees, tax data, bank accounts and properties.
As well as any needed information for the fulfillment of the work offer and the concluded contract for the provision of services.
The holder may revoke his consent for the processing of personal data, so that the responsible person ceases the use of them. For this, it is necessary to present a written request addressed to the Department of Privacy at the residency of the responsible person, which will be stamped upon receipt and must be accompanied by the information that justifies the request.

The RESPONSIBLE PERSON is obliged to preserve the information and documentation related to the matter entrusted and agreed in the work proposal and contract for the provision of services delivered to the HOLDER within a 5-year period after the conclusion of the previous contractual relationship.
