Legal services in Labor matters will allow our clients to review the legal documents inherent to the hiring of personnel individually, coordinating with the human resources area everything related to human capital; providing advice regarding the termination of labor relations and dealing with legal claims before the competent authorities. In the field of Criminal law, we provide advice related to the criminal liability of legal persons (Compliance), as well as the natural persons who are part of them, either as shareholders or members of the management bodies, with the purpose to legally shield the actions of the members of the company, thus seeking to avoid the repercussion to all the members of conducts that may harm the legal and economic interests of both the partners, as well as the administrators and managers, mainly ensuring the proper functioning of the legal entity, through the implementation of procedures and good practices that must be adopted to identify and classify possible operational and legal risks and establish internal prevention, management and control mechanisms.
